# Google Calendar

Connect your Google Calendar to Ledgerbeam to query calendar events and schedules using natural language. Google Calendar is a time-management and scheduling service.

## Connection Requirements

* A Google account with Google Calendar
* Network access to Google services

## Setup Instructions

1. Navigate to Resources in your Ledgerbeam dashboard
2. Click "Add Resource" and select "Google Calendar"
3. Click "Connect to Google" to authorize Ledgerbeam
4. Sign in with your Google account
5. Grant Ledgerbeam access to Google Calendar
6. Select which calendars to include
7. Click "Allow" to complete the connection

## Permissions

Ledgerbeam requires:

* Read access to view calendar events
* Access to calendar metadata

## Schema Analysis

After connecting, Ledgerbeam automatically:

* Analyzes your calendar structure
* Identifies events and their properties
* Understands event relationships
* Makes your calendar data queryable

## Querying Calendar Data

You can query your Google Calendar data using natural language:

* "What events do I have this week?"
* "Show me all meetings with a specific person"
* "What's my schedule for tomorrow?"

## Troubleshooting

### Connection Issues

* Verify your Google account connection is active
* Check that Ledgerbeam has the necessary permissions
* Ensure calendars are accessible
* Verify network connectivity to Google services

### Permission Issues

* Check that Ledgerbeam has calendar read permissions
* Verify calendar sharing settings
* Ensure calendars are not private or restricted
