Setup Instructions
- Navigate to the Integrations page in your Ledgerbeam dashboard
- Click on the Lucidcharts integration card
- Click “Connect to Lucidcharts” to authorize Ledgerbeam
- Sign in with your Lucidcharts account
- Grant Ledgerbeam access to your Lucidcharts documents
- Click “Allow” to complete the connection
Usage
Once connected, you can export data to Lucidcharts:
- Run a query in Ledgerbeam
- Click the “Export to Lucidcharts” option
- Select an existing document or create a new one
- Choose the diagram type (flowchart, org chart, etc.)
- Your data will be transformed into a Lucidcharts diagram

Permissions
The Lucidcharts integration requires:
- Read access to view documents
- Write access to create and edit diagrams
- Access to your Lucidcharts workspace
Troubleshooting

- Verify your Lucidcharts account connection is active
- Check that Ledgerbeam has the necessary document permissions
- Ensure the target document exists and is accessible
- Review the export logs in your Ledgerbeam dashboard
