Setup Instructions
- Navigate to the Integrations page in your Ledgerbeam dashboard
- Click on the Notion integration card
- Click “Connect to Notion” to authorize Ledgerbeam
- Select the Notion workspace you want to connect
- Grant Ledgerbeam access to the pages you want to use
- Click “Allow” to complete the connection
Usage
Once connected, you can export data to Notion:- Run a query in Ledgerbeam
- Click the “Export to Notion” option
- Select the target Notion page or database
- Choose the export format (table, report, etc.)
- Your data will be added to Notion
Export Formats
- Tables: Export query results as Notion tables
- Reports: Create formatted reports with charts and insights
- Databases: Sync data to Notion databases for further analysis
- Pages: Create new pages with query results and visualizations
Permissions
The Notion integration requires:- Read access to pages you want to export to
- Write access to create or update content
- Access to databases if you’re syncing data
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues:- Verify your Notion workspace connection is active
- Check that Ledgerbeam has the necessary page permissions
- Ensure the target Notion page exists and is accessible
- Review the export logs in your Ledgerbeam dashboard
